Instructions
- Marinate Fish or Chicken with Corn flour, Little Plain Flour, Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Fry Fish or Chicken and Remove
- In a Pan, Add finely Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Spring Onions, Fresh Red Chillies
- Add Ground Red Chilli Paste (optional)
- Add Sweet Soya Sauce (kecap manis), Vinegar
- Add Fish or Chicken
