Instructions

  • Marinate Fish or Chicken with Corn flour, Little Plain Flour, Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Fry Fish or Chicken and Remove
  • In a Pan, Add finely Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Spring Onions, Fresh Red Chillies
  • Add Ground Red Chilli Paste (optional)
  • Add Sweet Soya Sauce (kecap manis), Vinegar
  • Add Fish or Chicken
