Instructions

  • Roast Moong Dal (1/4 cup) in ghee
  • Add washed rice (1 cup)
  • Add 4 cups of water, salt and Pressure cook
  • In Pan, add ghee. Add Coarsely Ground Pepper and Cumin.
  • Add to the Pongal
