Chicken Mushroom Cream

Creamy chicken and mushroom dish served with mash and coleslaw

Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken Breast with Salt and Pepper
  • Cook in Pan and remove chicken
  • In the same pan add Dried Red chillies (optional), Chopped Onions.
  • Add Shitake Mushrooms
  • Add Chicken Stock, Herbs. Finish with Double Cream (4/5 tbsp)
  • Serve with Mash Potatoes:
    Boil Potatoes with Salt.
    Boil Milk, Add butter, Pepper, Mashed Potatoes
  • Serve with Coleslaw:
    Shred Cabbage (Red and White), Carrot, Spring Onions. Mix this with salt, vinegar. Drain for an hour
    Mix it with Mayo and Mustard
