Banana Cake
Moist banana cake made with oil
Instructions
- Whisk Eggs (2), Vegetable Oil (120 ml), Bananas (4-5), Sugar (350g), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
- Sieve Plain Flour (230g) and Bicarbonate of soda (2 tsp) and add it to the above wet mixture
- Add Chopped Chocolate (optional)
- Pour in a baking tin and bake for about 45 mins in 180C.
