Blend plain flour (100g) and butter (75g) till it looks like breadcrumbs. Stir oats (50g) and demerara sugar (according to taste).
In an ovenproof dish, add the apple mixture. Top it flour mix. Bake for about 30 mins or until golden brown. Serve with ice-cream, cream or custard
