Papdi Chaat
A healthy Snack or Lunch served with Tamarind and Green Chutney

Instructions
Tamarind Dates Chutney
Boil lemon Sized portion of Tamarind with about 4/5 dates
Once it is soft, add Jaggery Powder (4 tsp), Coriander Powder (1/2 tsp), Chilli Powder (1/4 tsp), Cumin Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt
Boil till Jaggery has melted. Cool and then grind
Mint Coriander Chutney
Grind Coriander Leaves (1 cup), Mint Leaves (1 cup), Green Chillies (4), Lemon Juice, Salt
Chat Mixture
Boil Potatoes (1) and cut into small pieces
Mix Potatoes, Chopped Red Onions (1), Chopped Green Chillies (4), ChickPeas (1 tin), Pomegranate, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Chat Masala (3 tsp), Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt, Tomatoes (optional), Peanuts (optional)
Serving
In a Bowl, put the Chat Mixture, Papdi Chaat, Sev. Top with yogurt, Green Chutney and Tamarind Chutney
