Apple Chutney

Spiced Apple Chutney for Dosas, Yogurt Rice or Chapathi

Instructions

  • Peel and Cut Cooking Apples into small pieces
  • Add Lemon Juice to prevent discolouring
  • Heat Cut Apples, Chilli Powder, Paprika, Ginger cut into small pieces, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Sugar
  • Cook till Dry
  • Temper with Red Chillies, Mustard Seeds
