Marinate mutton with yogurt (3 tbsp), ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder (1/2 tsp), meat curry powder (1/2 tsp), salt for about 1/2 hour
Then pressure cook the mutton - set aside
In a pan, heat coconut oil, add Cinnamon, cardamon, star anise, cloves
Then add ginger-garlic paste and Green chilly (2-3)
Add Curry leaves, Chilly powder (3 tbsp), Coriander powder (2 tbsp), Meat curry powder (1/2 tsp), Pepper powder (1/2 tsp), turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), Roasted cumin seed powder (1 tsp)
Add tomato (1 tsp)
Add the liquid from the cooked mutton
Then add the mutton and fry till the masala is coated
Add cashew nuts and garnish with coriander leaves
