Chicken Hyderabad Biryani

Marinated spiced chicken topped with flavoured rice

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with green chillies, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, black cumin, pepper, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves ,greenblack cardamom, fried onions, oil. Lastly add yogurt
  • Add oil to boiling water, salt. Add rice. Add whole spices if you want. Drain rice when it is 70% cooked
  • Add marinated chicken to a deep pan, add rice, coriander leaves, saffron. Cover and cook on low heat
