Slice Big Potatoes (4) lengthwise
Add Chilli powder (2 tsp), Turmeric powder (1 tsp), Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Fennel powder (1 tsp), Crushed Garlic (3 cloves), Salt
Pan fry the above till 3/4 cooked. (Preferably using a Dosa pan). Remove
Optional step: Cut a small hole from each potato piece. See picture
Mix Plain Flour (2 tbsp), Cornflour (2 tbsp), salt and water.
Dip masala potato in the batter and then on breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the coated Masala Potatoes.
