Egg Jam spread served with hot toast - famous in Singapore

Mixture #1
Whisk eggs (5) and Sugar (250g) into a bowl. (Don't lift whisk up because you don't want air to fold in)
Add in Coconut Cream (200g) and Pandan Leaves (5 tied into a knot)
Put this bowl into hotboiling water and continue mixing until desired consistency. (make sure egg does not get scrambled)
