Blend of Spicy Red Chillies, Peanut Butter, Garlic and Lemon

Instructions
Wash Whole Dried Red Chillies (6) and put in a pan with little water and Vinegar (1 tbsp). Boil
Blend the above Red Chillies with Garlic (6), Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp), Cumin Seeds (1 tbsp) and Peanut Butter (according to taste). Note: Omit Peanut Butter if you want the chutney spicier.
Heat Oil in a pan and Add the ground Paste.
Add Salt and Lemon Juice from 2 Whole Lemons. Fry chutney a little longer. Remove from heat.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Serve this chutney with Pitta and Humous or as an accompaniment to any Starters
