Andra Yogurt Chicken

FriedGrilled Chicken coated with Spicy Yogurt Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut Chicken into Medium Size Pieces
  • Marinate Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Food Colouring Powder (optional), Plain flour, Cornflour and little Vinegar. Refrigerate
  • Deep Fry, Air Fry or Grill Chicken in low heat. Set aside
  • In a pan, heat oil. Add Dried Red Chilly, Cumin Seeds and Curry Leaves. Remove from heat and let it cool
  • Beat thick Yogurt and add the above Chilli Spice Mix
  • Before Serving, pour the spicy Yogurt sauce on the chicken and serve immediately
