Cut Chicken into Medium Size Pieces
Marinate Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Food Colouring Powder (optional), Plain flour, Cornflour and little Vinegar. Refrigerate
Deep Fry, Air Fry or Grill Chicken in low heat. Set aside
In a pan, heat oil. Add Dried Red Chilly, Cumin Seeds and Curry Leaves. Remove from heat and let it cool
Beat thick Yogurt and add the above Chilli Spice Mix
Before Serving, pour the spicy Yogurt sauce on the chicken and serve immediately
