Instructions

  • Soak Raw Rice (1 kg) for couple of hours
  • First grind Fenugreek (1 tsp) with little rice
  • Add rest of the soaked rice, cooked raw rice (1 and 1/2 cup) and Coconut (1). Grind finely
  • Add salt
  • Ferment for about 5 to 6 hours
  • Add Bicarbonate Soda (1/2 tsp)
  • Cook Aapam
