Dessert made from Moong Dal

Pressure cook Moong Dal (1cup) till soft. Mash it and set aside
Heat Ghee in a pan. Add Maida (1/4 cup). Cook for about 10 minutes
Add Moong Dal
Add Milk (1/2 litre) and Sugar (1 and 3/4 cup). Keep stirring. Add Ghee and Sunflower oil if it sticks to the pan.
Cook till all the ghee and oil floats to the top.
Garnish with chopped fried cashew nuts
