Crispy Pancake like dish made with Dal and Rice

Instructions

  • Soak Channa Dal (1 cup) and Toor Dal (1 cup) together for a couple of hours. Grind coarsely. Set aside
  • Soak Boiled Rice (3 cups) for a couple of hours.
  • Grind Fennel Seeds (3 tsp), Asofetida (pinch), Dried Red Chillies (to taste) and Soaked Rice coarsely
  • Add the ground Dal, finely chopped onions, Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves
  • Add Salt before cooking
