Crispy Pancake like dish made with Dal and Rice

Soak Channa Dal (1 cup) and Toor Dal (1 cup) together for a couple of hours. Grind coarsely. Set aside
Soak Boiled Rice (3 cups) for a couple of hours.
Grind Fennel Seeds (3 tsp), Asofetida (pinch), Dried Red Chillies (to taste) and Soaked Rice coarsely
Add the ground Dal, finely chopped onions, Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves
Add Salt before cooking
