Crispy Rawa Dosa

Dosa made out of Semolina

Instructions

  • Mix Semolina/Rawa (1 cup), Rice flour (3/4 cup), Plain flour/Maida (2 tbsp)
  • Add finely chopped Ginger, Onions, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves
  • Add Yogurt (2 tbsp), crushed Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) and Pepper Corns (1 tsp), Coriander Leaves
  • Soak for at least 1/2 hour and cook
