Crispy Rawa Dosa
Dosa made out of Semolina

Mix Semolina/Rawa (1 cup), Rice flour (3/4 cup), Plain flour/Maida (2 tbsp)
Add finely chopped Ginger, Onions, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves
Add Yogurt (2 tbsp), crushed Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) and Pepper Corns (1 tsp), Coriander Leaves
Soak for at least 1/2 hour and cook
