In a pan, add Mustard Seeds (1/2 tsp), Fenugreek Seeds (1/2 tsp), Cumin Seeds (1/2 tsp). Fry for a couple of seconds and remove. Grind it in a mortar and pestle. Set aside
Blend Tomatoes (10) with little Tamarind.
Cook the Tomatoes in a pan. Cover with lid and cook slowly till it thickens.
Add Turmeric Powder (1 tsp), Chilli Powder (1 tsp). Remove
In another pan add sliced Garlic Pieces (4), Dried Red Chillies (3), Mustard Seeds (1/2 tsp) and Asofetida (pinch). Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the Cooked Tomato paste. Add Salt and Sugar
Cook till mixture is thick like a pickle. Add more oil if needed.
Cool and store in an airtight container
