Coconut Paste
Grind Dried Red Chillies (2), Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Peppercorn (1/2 tsp), Coconut (4 tbsp)
Add Coconut Paste to Keerai
Add Tamarind Juice (3 tsp)
Temper with Karuvadagam and Dried Red Chillies
Variation: Manathakali Soup
- Cook Keerai, Onions and Tomatoes in a pan.
- Once Cooked, add ground Pepper and Cumin
- Add Little Coconut Milk
- Season with Cinnamon and Cloves
