Sprinkle Quick rise or active Yeast (2 1\/4 tsp). Add Sugar (1\/4 cup), Egg (1), Egg Yolk (1) and Melted Butter (1\/4 cup). Mix until well combined.<\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Stir in the Bread Flour (3 cups) and Salt (3\/4 tsp) with wooden spoon until a dough begins to form<\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes till it is smooth and slightly sticky. Add more bread flour if too sticky<\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Transfer the dough ball to a well-oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a warm towel. Allow dough to rise for 1 hour to 1 1\/2 hours or until doubled in size.<\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Transfer to a well floured surface and roll out into a 14&#215;9 inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough, leaving a 1\/4 inch margin at the far side of the dough.<\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In a small bowl, mix brown Sugar and Cinnamon. Use hands to sprinkle mixture over the buttered dough, then rub brown sugar mixture into the butter.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Tightly roll dough up, starting from the 9-inch side and place seam side down making sure to seal the edges of the dough. <\/span><\/div> <\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1463-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cut into 1 inch sections with a serrated knife or floss. Remove plastic wrap and towel and bake for 2-25 minutes. You want to underbake them a little so they soft in the middle. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
